RETURN POLICY

REFUND OR EXCHANGE

FG PRO SHOP INC. guarantees that the merchandise you purchase is of high quality and free from defects. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

A full refund or exchange on all regular priced items if they are returned in their original condition, with original tags, within fourteen (14) calendar days of reception.

For any items on sale, this purchase is considered as final sale; no refund, exchange or credit note will be issued for items on sale.

For all blankets or wraps and boots, we suggest you try it on with a clean sheet underneath to keep the item clean.

All saddles and tack need to be clean and free of any wear mark or scratches.

NOTE: No return possible for :

      -  All comestible products; such as supplements and vitamins.

      -  All bits

      -  All books and DVDs

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

FG Pro Shop Inc. is not responsible for weather conditions for any liquid or other products that are exposed to cold, freeze or heat during shipment.

 

Shipping Fee For Returns

-  In the event of the items received do not correspond to your original order (product is defective or wrong color or size), no shipping fee will be issued for the return, as well as the shipment of the replacement product. See the section Shipment / Order Error below.

-  If you want to exchange a product for any reason, the shipping fees to return the product back to us and the shipping of the new one, is at your expense.

-  If you want a refund or a credit note on an item you want to return for any reason, the shipping fees to return the item is at your expense and the initial total shipping fee of the order will be deducted on the refund of the item.

NOTE that all shipments need to be with a carrier that has tracking number.

 

Incomplete Returns / Missing Tags

When returned items do not have their original tags, no initial packaging or packaging is damaged, FG Pro Shop Inc. may refuses the return or deduct $10.00 from the amount refunded or credited in order to cover the costs of re-packaging, or may add a $10 charge to the price of the product being exchanged.

Do not apply shipping label on the product original packaging. Cover the product’s packaging with paper or place it in a box to fix the shipping label on it. Any original packaging that is damaged may be refused for return or deduct $10.00 from the amount refunded or credited in order to cover the costs of re-packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipment / Order Error

In the event of the items received do not correspond to your original order (product is defective or wrong color or size) or a product replacement, FG Pro Shop Inc. will issue a prepaid return label to ship back the item to FG Pro Shop Inc. You only have to print your prepaid return label and affix to your package. You must cover or remove any original shipping information. If not, your package might be lost or rejected by the postal service's warehouse. Do not apply shipping label on the product's original packaging. Cover the product’s packaging with paper or place it in a box to fix the shipping label on it. Any original packaging that is damaged may be refused for return or deducted $10.00 from the amount refunded or credited in order to cover the costs of re-packaging.

For all returns or exchanges for items with manufacturer defects, the shipping is free if you use our prepaid return label (only applies to parcels shipped to Canada).
