External use - mix before use.
Daily use or during an intense effort:
- Apply a layer of 2 cm over the entire region of the tendons and joints to be treated.
- Let dry.
- Rinse the leg with water the next day during the care.
During traumas, to obtain an anti-inflammatory and healing effect:
- Apply the clay as a poultice.
- Cover with plastic wrap and bandage.
- Rinse the leg with water and renew each day.
