RETURN POLICY

REFUND OR EXCHANGE

FG PRO SHOP INC. guarantees that the merchandise you purchase is of high quality and free from defects. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

A full refund or exchange on all regular priced items if they are returned in their original condition, with original tags, within fourteen (14) calendar days of reception.

For any items on sale, this purchase is considered as final sale; no refund, exchange or credit note will be issued for items on sale.

For all blankets or warps and boots, we suggest you try it on with a clean sheet under. this way, the item will stay clean.

All saddles and tack need to be clean without any wear mark or scratches.

NOTE: No return possible for :

      -  All comestible products; like supplements and vitamins.

      -  All books and DVD

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Fee For Returns

-  In the event the items received do not correspond to your original order (product is defective or wrong color or size), no shipping fee will be issue for the return and to shipment of the new product. See the section Shipment / Order Error below.

-  If you want to exchange a product for any reason, the shipping fees to return the product and the shipping of the new one, is at your expense.

-  If you want a refund or credit note on an item you want to return for any reason, the shipping fees to return the item is at you expense and the initial total shipping fee of the order will be deducted on the refund of the item.

NOTE that all shipments need to be with a carrier that has tracking number.

Incomplete Returns / Missing Tags

When returned items do not have their original tags, FG Shop Inc. may refuses the return or deduct $10.00 from the amount refunded or credited in order to cover the costs of re-packaging, or may add a $10 charge to the price of the product being exchanged.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipment / Order Error

In the event the items received do not correspond to your original order (product is defective or wrong color, size) or a product replacement, FG Shop Inc. will issue a prepaid return label to reship the item to FG Shop Inc. Only have to print your prepaid return label and affix to your original package. You must cover or remove any original shipping information. If not, your package might be lost or rejected be the warehouse.

For all returns or exchanges for items with defective manufacturer problems, the shipping is free if you use our prepaid return label and for orders shipped to Canada only.

SHIPPING RATES

Order Everywhere In Canada

We have a flat rate shipping charge of $15,00 on order under $200.00 and free shipping for order over $200,00 in Canada. These rates apply only to orders with an address valid in Canada, according to Canada Post.

Kindly allow 6-10 working days for delivery via standard shipping methods. Applies only to orders delivered to a valid address within Canada via Standard Canada Parcel Post. If you require your order faster than standard shipping, we have other options for you at great shipping rates. Saddles and specific oversized items are not qualify for free shipping.

Flat Rate Saddle Shipping in Canada

We will ship our new saddle to you for ONLY $40 anywhere in Canada.

International Orders

Regular shipping charges will apply to all orders shipped outside of Canada . Prices on this website are listed in Canadian or US Dollars. Orders are processed on the date of shipping. Customer is responsible for any and all related taxes or import duties for shipping outside of Canada. International orders are shipped directly from Drummondville, Quebec, Canada and are not subject to Canadian federal tax (GST). Currently our online store will accept USA, and several European countries. For other international locations contact us. Shipping quote for international buyer will be calculated after purchase. We will contact you for accurate quote. A confirmation from your part by email or phone call will be needed to ship the order.  Please contact us for more information. Additional duties and taxes may apply to cross border orders.

Prices may change without notice

Be sure to inspect your shipment upon delivery. If your shipment has been damaged during shipment have your delivery person note this on the freight bill before you sign it. Any claims due to damage or loss during shipment must be made to the carrier.

Minimum Ordering Charges

The minimum ordering charge is $ 15.00.

Sales Tax

All items sold or ship in Canada , we add 5 % for the Canada sales tax.(GST)

All items sold or ship in Quebec , we add 9.975% for the Quebec sales tax. (QST)

All items sold or ship outside of Canada are not subject to Canadian federal tax (GST).

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of  shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Back ordered Items

Due to varying shipping dates from suppliers, we are not always able to ship all product ordered at once. The items contains in an order can be shipped from different locations and can be delivered at different date.

Back orders are not going to be charged until the time of shipping. We will contact you if any product are not available at this time.
